In-Person Fitness Training

I currently conduct personal fitness training sessions for clients in their own homes in the Monmouth County, New Jersey area.

Our personal training sessions cover resistance and muscle training and flexibility training to make you leaner, tighter, and stronger. Includes a personalized assessment, technique adjustments, a push to maximize your potential, and written exercise plans. Most of the exercises are done with body weight, with occasional dumbbells or use of other equipment you may have at home or that I bring.
