  • I used to hate running distances. Then I decided to suck it up and go for it. So I ran a half marathon. Here’s how.
  • I love to move: I center myself with yoga. I tone up with Pilates. I torture myself with Beach Body Insanity. And I’m always challenging myself to something new. (Keep track of the goals I set for myself here.)
  • I’m a former volleyball and tennis player (still play tennis), and Greek dancer. (What’s that? Ask me.)
  • I have a master’s degree in Organizational Management from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. I did an accelerated 10-month program. If this doesn’t convince you that I know stress, I don’t know what will.
  • I have a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. The best decision I made was to transfer universities to FIT. My best friends come from this school. I had the best time.
  • I have worked my way through corporate advertising and media, management consulting, research and education, and entrepreneurship in New York City, San Diego, and Washington D.C. I currently reside in Paris, France with my fiancé.
