When some people hear yoga, they think: flexibility, handstands, contorting one’s body, only for skinny people, and/or chanting.
But it can actually provide you with a spiritual experience, relaxation, proper alignment, a means for meditation, energy, and stress reduction.

I often recommend a yoga practice to my clients, most often for some stretching and relaxing. I incorporate yoga poses into our workouts.
