The Guide to Leading the Life You Were Meant to Live has four main parts:

  1. The podcast, Five Ways to Lead a Healthier and Happier Life. In 30 minutes, I tell you my insider secrets to staying healthy and feeling better about myself. I use these every day for myself and my clients. (Plus, I took notes for you so put the podcast on your iPod or phone and go for a walk while listening.)
  2. Three audio-guided workouts. Each workout is 30 minutes or less, varying in intensity. All you have to do is press play and I guide you through your warm-up, workout, and stretching—telling you which exercise to do and when to do it (so you don’t have to watch the clock). Accompanying photos are provided for the visual learners (or if you choose to do the workout without the audio).
  3. A guided meditation, Choose Love, Release Fear. I take you through the process to banish those untrue, negative thoughts from your mind and start thinking in ways that will make you feel better and start living your ideal life.
  4. The 50 Healthy Snacks & 9 Recipes to Keep You Fit & Sexy guide that separates snacks into three categories: sweet tooth, smooth & creamy, and crisp & crunchy. All of the snacks are fast, easy, and delicious.
